This research aims to study the effects of development of health supervisors at the provincial level according to McKinsey's 7S concept of organizational efficiency management in Chumphon Provincial Health Office. This cross-sectional analytical research, sample study of 145 personnel of the departments under the Chumphon Provincial Health Office, between October 2020 - December 2021. The instrument used was questionnaire based on the concept of 7'S. The statistics used of analysis were percentages, means, standard deviation, chi-square test, and compare the results according to performance evaluation indicators Between fiscal years 2020-2021 using paired T test. Results of situation of public health supervision at the provincial level based on the concept of 7'S was found that most agreed with the strategy (Strategy) in terms of targeting 98.6%, the duration of supervision 2 times / year 97.2% and acknowledged the supervision plan 2 weeks in advance 93.8%, respectively. Process was the mean scores of opinions towards the supervisory development approach high level ( ± SD: 4.60±0.41), the highest was style (4.19±0.87), Skills (4.01±0.20) and shared Values (3.90±0.36) respectively. Product was the average scores of overall satisfactions with the suitability of supervision high level (3.81±0.51). The most in terms of management, overall supervision and common values. The performance assessment indicator, found that the year 2021 passed the criteria significantly more than the year 2020. (p<0.001) Conclusion: The results showed that the suitability of public health supervision at the provincial level according to the framework 7'S, the personnel had a high level of overall satisfaction. As a result, the performance according to the indicators passed the criteria more than the previous year.
