Abstract

Abstract

       The sub-district health promotion hospital  encountered problems with the administration of medical supplies. Objectives : To develop a management system for medical supplies in health promotion hospitals in sub-district areas, network of primary health care units. Sri Muang Mai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. 65 staff, 16 sub-district health promotion hospitals. Method : This research is action research, which consists of 4 steps (PAOR), which are Step 1 Planning, Step 2 Action, Step 3 Observation, and Step 4 Reflection. From May 2022 to September 2022, quantitative data was collected using questionnaires. The assessment form and indicators The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics. The chi-square test and the wilcoxon’s sign rank Test and content analysis. The results showed that, according to the results of the study, most of the personnel were female, 75.4% . Most were in the range of 30 to 39 years old, 38.5% , with a mean age of 41.78 ± 10.29 years. The satisfaction in developing the pharmaceutical management system of the sample was measured at the level. 72.3% satisfaction rate. The pharmaceutical inventory management system was developed through the operational research process using the MUANGMAI model, resulting in the inventory rate not exceeding the target number of shortages. Decreased value of expired or worn out medicines The discrepancy in the amount of medicine inventory compared to the control account decreased and the assessment of the drug administration is increasing. The key success factors (UBON) were unity budget ,oner and network. Conclusion The MUANGMAI model can develop a medical supply management system in subdistrict health promotion hospitals.
