Abstract
The integral role of mutual respect among clinical practitioners, using the metaphor of gearwheels illustrates the interconnectedness of their diverse roles within the healthcare system. Mutual respect is examined for its capacity to minimize friction and maximize efficiency in the complex machinery of healthcare delivery.
