Abstract

Acase of penetrating aortic ulcer (PAU) with an aorto-iliac occlusion from aortic dissection (AD) is a rare condition. The patient’s condition can develop swiftly and deteriorate rapidly leading to multiple organ failure causing metabolic acidosis and delayed diagnosis.
