Abstract

Dementia is a disease that has to decline of functions. The severity level has many. It is also one of the main causes of disability in the end stage of life. As a result, caregivers are feeling the burden.  The caregivers of dementia are mostly found to experience a sense of burden is high. Because Dementia is chronic illness. It is rather heavy burden of care. Since it takes a long time for care and energy continuously. This caregivers are no take care of themselves and it is cause illness. In addition, the caregiving burden with dementia patients are impact on lifestyle and mind is the loss of income in the family. Because the patient with dementia who cannot work normally. Wasting time and conflicts in family Due to the unjustified feeling that someone in the family to ignore the neglected burden alone. Thus, a nurse at medical personnel is to understanding and knowledge about the burden of caring for dementia patients.  Nurse can help ensure that the burden is less.
