Abstract

The research, “Evaluation of the potential development project of the professional network

in cardiovascular care” aimed to evaluate 2 projects 1) development of potential professional network and people in caring coronary disease patient, and 2) an integration of all stakeholder for prevention, cure and rehabilitation comprehensively in coronary artery diseases.  The CIPP Model was applied in mixed methods. In qualitative method by using focused group interview and observation by participation.  Quantitative method by using questionnaire and documentary analysis.  The findings includes; 1) trained 570 core nurses, 2) developed hand books and sent to the target institutes, 3) site visited with providing consultation in 6 provinces, 4) sat up forum for sharing knowledge for 187 nurses and volunteers people, and 5) evaluated the 2 projects.  The suggestions were; 1) to develop training programs for nurses and health volunteers, by searching intensive training for health volunteers to be able to screen with Rama egat,  and 2) to support the learning organization and knowledge management in relation to nursing coronary disease patients, including transfer and fully apply the knowledge.
