บทคัดย่อ

ตำบลเป็นหน่วยของชุมชนที่มีสิ่งที่มีความหลากหลายทางสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ของประชาชนที่มี ความเชื่อมโยงกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางกายภาพ ศักยภาพ โครงสร้างทางสังคม ของระบบการจัดการที่มี ศักยภาพในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการศักยภาพ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพชุมชน โดยชุมชน เพื่อชุมชน โดยในระยะที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาทุนทาง สังคม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2552 – พฤศจิกายน 2553 ด้วยแนวคำถามในการสนทนา กลุ่มสำหรับแกนนำชุมชน แนวคำถามอย่างมีโครงสร้าง สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ แนวคำถามในการประชุม เพื่อระดมสมอง เกี่ยวกับการค้นหาทุนทางสังคม ศักยภาพ บริบทของตำบลสารภีในด้านต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ สุขภาพ และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับการค้นหาทุนทางสังคม ศักยภาพ บริบทของตำบลสารภีในด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพของขนิษฐา นันทบุตร ขนิษฐา นันทบุตร, พีรพงษ์ บุญสวัสดิ์กุลชัย, จงกลณี จัน ทศิริ, นิลภา จิระรัตนวรรณะ, สุคนธ์ วรรธนะอมร, แสงเดือน แท่งทองคำ และคณะ. ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพชุมชนโดยชุมชนเพื่อชุมชนกรณี : ตำบลสารภี อำเภอสารภี จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ นำเสนอผลการศึกษาเป็น 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ บริบทของตำบลสารภี ข้อมูลด้าน เศรษฐกิจชุมชน ข้อมูลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพหลักที่กระทบต่อวิถีชีวิต ข้อมูลทุนทาง สังคมของตำบล ข้อมูลชุดวิเคราะห์ การจัดการข้อมูลชุดผลลัพธ์ ข้อมูลที่ได้จะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อกระบวนการ สร้างเสริมศักยภาพของชุมชนจะสะท้อนให้เห็นจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของศักยภาพแต่ละด้านอันจะก่อให้เกิด การวางแผน กำหนดเป้าหมาย และพัฒนากิจกรรมสุขภาพสำหรับสมาชิกชุมชน และสามารถไปใช้เป็น ข้อมูลและองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการดำเนินการเชิงปฏิบัติการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสมตามบริบท ของสังคม วัฒนธรรม สภาพแวดล้อมในตำบล สารภีได้อย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป

Abstract

Subdistrict (Tumbone) is a unit of community with a variety of different scenarios of people which are associated with physical infrastructure, and social structure of management system that has the potential to improve the quality of life of people in the area. The purpose of this research was to study the development of community health system by community for community and in phase 1 was to study of social capital. Data were collected from February 2009 to November 2010, by using a questionnaire for the focus group of community leaders, a structured questionnaire for interview government officials, and guidelines used in a meeting to brainstorm about how to find social capital, and context of Sarapee Subdistrict which are related to health, including data recording form about social capital, health-related context of Sarapee Subdistrict by Kanittar Nantabut et al.

The Results of study

This study is a study to develop a community health system by community for community: Sarapee Subdistrict, Amphur Sarapee, Chiang Mai Province. Phase 1 is a study about the social capital which shows community potential. The results presented in 6 sections, including, information of the context of Sarapee Subdistrict, community economic, environment, the main physical environment that affects lifestyle, social capital of Sarapee Subdistrict, data set of analysis and management, and data set of outcomes. Information will be helpful in the process of building and enhancing the capacity of the community and reflect the strengths and weaknesses of each potential. This will lead to the planning, goal setting, and developing health activities for community members. The information can be used as community database and are a key component for effective operational implementation which appropriate to social and cultural context, and environment of Sarapee Sub-district.
