การพัฒนาและประเมินผลรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินผลรูปแบบการเรียนการ สอนเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรม มี 2 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ 1)ขั้นตอน การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการ สอนที่เน้นสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยศึกษาจากเอกสารและสอบถามข้อมูลจากผู้ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) ขั้นตอนการประเมินผลรูปแบบการเรียนการสอน โดยประเมินสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมกับ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาส ราชนครินทร์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2554 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 และ 2 จำนวน 48 คน สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น แบ่ง กลุ่มตามเกรดเฉลี่ยและคละศาสนา ได้กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 24 คน ดำเนินการทดลองทั้ง สองกลุ่ม ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ในเรื่อง การพยาบาลมารดาหลังคลอด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ชุดการสอนที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรม เรื่องการพยาบาลมารดาหลังคลอด แบบ ประเมินสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและได้หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบ ประเมิน ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม ด้วยสูตรของ คูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน (KR -20) ได้ค่าความ เที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.76 ส่วนแบบประเมินการตระหนักรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและทักษะทางวัฒนธรรม ได้ค่าความเที่ยง สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ แนวคิดและหลักการพื้นฐาน ที่เน้นความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม วัตถุประสงค์ ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวัง สาระการเรียนการสอน กระบวนการ เรียนการสอนที่สอดแทรกเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมในการพยาบาลมารดาหลังคลอดและใช้วิธีการสอน ให้ เข้าใจตนเอง เข้าใจผู้อื่น เรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ตรงบนความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม และประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ ในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้รับบริการให้สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรม

2. การประเมินผลรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรม พบว่า สมรรถนะ ทางวัฒนธรรมทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จากผลการวิจัย สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนกับรายวิชาทางการพยาบาลอื่นๆ เพื่อส่ง เสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของนักศึกษาต่อไป

Abstract

This research and development study aimed to develop and evaluate the achievement of cultural – based teaching method which was conducted using 2 main steps. The first step was development of cultural – based teaching model of nursing students through a literature review and participating group discussion. The second step was the achievement of teaching model evaluation. The sample for the evaluation of 48 third year students in the Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing Program of the Faculty of Nursing, Princess of Naradhiwas University, In this case, the students were studying in first and second semester of academic year 2011, obtained by stratified random sampling based on the GPA and religion assigned into an experimental and a control group, each of which consisted of 24 nursing students. Both groups learned both the theory and practice in the topic of Postnatal Care. The employed research instruments comprised an instructional package enhancing cultural competency on the topic of Postnatal Care, a self-assessment from on cultural competency. Data were collected by using an evaluation form which was validated by using Kuder Richardson (KR-20) for Cultural Knowledge form (0.76). The coefficient alpha was used for validating the Cultural Awareness and Cultural skill form (0.85). Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test

The results of study

1. the developed of the learning method was composted of main components as follows: the concepts and basic principles focusing on cultural diversity; objectives and expected outcomes; learning contents; instructional process with immersion of cultural contents in postnatal care and using the teaching method to enable the learner to understand oneself, understand others and gain direct experience on cultural diversity, and to apply the obtained knowledge in taking care of the client’s health in accordance with his/her own culture;

2. the evaluation of teaching model enhancing cultural competency, it was found that Cultural efficiency of experimental group was statistically significant higher than control group at 0.05 levels. Based on the research. It can be applied in teaching nursing students and others to promote cultural competency of the students
