บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยหู คอ จมูก ที่ได้รับการทำผ่าตัดเกี่ยวกับ การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการได้รับยาระงับความรู้สึกในโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้ป่วยโรคหู คอ จมูกที่ได้รับการทำผ่าตัดโดยใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกาย และพักรักษาตัว อยู่ในหอผู้ ป่วยหู คอ จมูก โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม-มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2554 เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 96 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึก ข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบวัดความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการได้รับยาระงับ ความรู้สึกของพิกุล นันทชัยพันธ์( 2554) ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดย พิกุล นันทชัยพันธ์ (2554) ทดสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วยวิธีตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องภายใน หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.95 (Polit & Hungler, 1999) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาแสดงจำนวน ร้อยละและระดับความพึงพอใจ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการได้รับยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายร้อยละ 71.87 มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง มีคะแนนความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ย 163.79 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 205 คะแนน ส่วนองค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพึงพอใจต่อการพยาบาลที่ได้รับทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ องค์ ประกอบด้านความรู้สึกไม่พึงพอใจ ร้อยละ 60.41 อยู่ในระดับตํ่า องค์ประกอบด้านการสนับสนุนระหว่าง บุคคล ร้อยละ 96.87 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และองค์ประกอบด้านความรู้สึกประทับใจที่ดีทุกรายร้อยละ 100 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อผลการพยาบาล แสดงให้เห็นถึงคุณภาพของการพยาบาล ตามความคาดหวังของผู้ป่วยและการพยาบาลที่ได้รับจริง ซึ่งความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยเป็นจุดมุ่ง หมายที่สำคัญขององค์กรสุขภาพและเป็นการวัดผลของการพยาบาล ผลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถ นำไปใช้เป็นตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพของการให้การพยาบาลในกลุ่มตัวอย่างและนำไปพัฒนาคุณภาพของการ พยาบาล เพื่อเพิ่มระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยให้อยู่ในระดับสูงในทุกด้านที่ผู้ป่วยคาดหวัง

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the patient’s satisfaction regarding preparation for receiving general anesthesia in ear, nose, throat patients with surgery at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. The purposive sampling used to recruit 96 patients who had ear, nose, throat surgery at ear, nose, throat wards, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital from April to June 2011. The research instruments composed of demographic data form and evaluated patient’s satisfaction regarding preparation for receiving general anesthesia questionnaire by Pikul Nuntachaipun (2011). The content validity of the questionnaire was assessed by the 3 expertis.The reliability was obtained by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and it was 0.95.Data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, frequency, percent and level of satisfaction.

The results of study

Patient were highly satisfied with the nursing care that they received (71.87 %) and mean score 163.79 (total 205 score). Three part of satisfaction that the majority of the patient reported a low level of unsatisfaction (60.41%), moderate level of satisfaction with interpersonal support (96.87%) and moderate level of good impression (100 %).

Level of patient’s satisfaction with nursing care represents the degree of congruence between the expected quality of nursing care and the actual received care. Patient’s satisfaction has become an important goal of any heath care organization and outcome measure of care. The results of this study can be used as indicators of nursing quality assurance for this study setting. The finding suggests the quality of nursing care needs to be enhanced in order to reach the patient’s satisfaction at the level of “highly satisfied” in all aspects.
