ความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาหลักสูตร พยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความก้าวหน้า ความรู้ทางการพยาบาลกับผลการเรียนตลอดหลักสูตร คะแนนสอบวัดความรู้รวบยอดทางการพยาบาลของเครือข่าย ภาคกลาง 2 คะแนนสอบวัดความรู้รวบยอดทางการพยาบาลของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ศิริราช มหาวิทยาลัย มหิดล และผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นข้อสอบวัดความรู้รวบยอด ทางการพยาบาลที่สร้างตามแนวทางการสร้างข้อสอบของสภาการพยาบาล โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญแต่ละวิชา มีความ ตรงตามจุดประสงค์ และระดับของการวัด ตามแนวทางการสอบวัดความรู้รวบยอดทางการพยาบาล หลักสูตร พยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ผ่านการวิพากษ์ข้อสอบมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องตั้งแต่ 0.67 ถึง 1.00

กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต จำนวน 49 คน ทำการทดสอบ จำนวน 4 ครั้ง โดยเริ่มทำการทดสอบตั้งแต่หลังสิ้นสุดการเรียนในชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีที่ 2 ปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 คำนวณ หาความก้าวหน้าจากสูตร คะแนนสอบครั้งหลังลบด้วยคะแนนสอบครั้งก่อนหารด้วยคะแนนเต็มลบคะแนนสอบ ครั้งหลัง ทั้งหมดคูณด้วยร้อย หาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการทดสอบทางสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Productmoment correlation) และไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลางมากที่สุดร้อยละ 75.5 และมีความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลทั้ง 8 วิชาโดยรวมเท่ากับ 10.97 หมายถึงมีคะแนนการสอบครั้งหลัง เพิ่มขึ้นหรือมากกว่าคะแนนการสอบครั้งก่อน ร้อยละ 10.97

2. นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลสูงที่สุดคือ วิชาการพยาบาลมารดาและ ทารก มีความก้าวหน้าเท่ากับ 20.61 รองลงมาคือวิชาสุขภาพจิตและการพยาบาลจิตเวช และกฎหมายและ จรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เท่ากับ 13.74 และ 11.74 ตามลำดับ

3. ความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนและการรักษาเบื้องต้น การพยาบาล มารดาและทารก สุขภาพจิตและการพยาบาลจิตเวช และความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลโดยภาพรวมทั้ง 8 วิชา มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการเรียนของนักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

4. ความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลวิชาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการสอบความรู้ รวบยอดทางการพยาบาลของเครือข่ายภาคกลาง 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลวิชาการพยาบาลมารดาและทารก วิชาการพยาบาลเด็กและวัยรุ่นมีความสัมพันธ์กับ ผลการสอบความรู้รวบยอดทางการพยาบาลของเครือข่ายภาคกลาง2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

5. ความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลวิชาการผดุงครรภ์ วิชาสุขภาพจิตและการพยาบาลจิตเวช มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการสอบความรู้รวบยอดทางการพยาบาลคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

6. ความก้าวหน้าความรู้ทางการพยาบาลโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนประกอบ วิชาชีพการพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between students’ knowledge of nursing and the Boromarajonnani central network-2 comprehensive examination’s scores, the Siriraj-Mahidol university (affiliate institution) comprehensive examination’s scores, and the National test scores. Boromarajonnani Comprehensive examination test was established on the basis of the National test of the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery council’s guideline. Questions in each subject were created by nursing experts and were tested for the concurrent index at 0.67 to 1.00.

The samples were 49 nursing students of Boromarajonnani College of Nursing, Ratchburi. The samples’ scores at the end of the 1st, the 2nd, the 3rd, and the 4th years were gathered and analyzed to examine their knowledge progress. The relationships between the students’ nursing knowledge and the central network-2 comprehensive examination’s scores, the affiliate comprehensive examination’s scores, and the National test scores were analyzed by using Pearson’s Productmoment correlation and Chi-Square.

The results of study

1. About 75% of the samples had the knowledge in the mean level and their nursing knowledge progress of all 8 subjects was at 10.97 indicating. This indicated that there was a 10.97% increase in the scores from the later tests more than those from the first examination.

2. The samples demonstrated the most progress in the subject of Maternal and Newborn Nursing at 20.61 followed by the Mental Health Nursing and the Law & Ethic in professional nurse subjects at 13.74 and 11.74 consecutively.

3. There was the statistical relationship between the students’ study results and the student’s knowledge progress of all subjects (p<0.01).

4. There was the statistical relationship between the students’s knowledge progress of the subject of Adult Nursing and the scores from Boromarajonnani central-network test (p<0.05).

5. There was the statistical relationship between the students’ knowledge progress of the subject of Maternal-Newborn Nursing and also the subject of Pediatric and Adolescent Nursing and the scores from Boromarajonnani central-network test (p<0.01).

6. There was the statistical relationship between the students’ knowledge progress of the subject of Midwifery and also the subject of Mental Health Nursing and the scores from Siriraj affiliation institution comprehensive test (p<0.05).

7. There was the statistical association between the students’ knowledge progress of the all subject and the test results of the National test to register for the first class nursing and midwifery license (p<0.01).
