บทคัดย่อ

ความสามารถในการควบคุมการขับถ่ายอุจจาระและปัสสาวะ เป็นพัฒนาการขั้นหนึ่งของ เด็กวัยหัดเดินและเป็นกระบวนการที่สำคัญในการดำรงชีวิตในสังคม ผู้ดูแลจึงควรช่วยเหลือให้เด็ก ทุกคนได้รับการฝึกการขับถ่ายเพื่อให้เด็กบอกการขับถ่ายและสามารถขับถ่ายไดํในสถานที่ที่เหมาะสม สาเหตุที่พบบ่อยของปัญหาปฏิเสธการฝึกขับถ่าย ได้แก่ การฝึกที่เข้มงวดจนเกินไป พื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ ของเด็ก ภาวะท้องผูกเรื้อรัง สัมพันธภาพที่ไม่ดีระหว่างผู้เลี้ยงดูและเด็ก เป็นต้น ดังนั้นจึงจำเป็นต้องมีกลยุทธ์ที่ใช้ในการช่วยเหลือเด็ก ซึ่งเด็กแต่ละคนอาจแตกต่างกันไป สำหรับหลักการในการฝึกคือ ควรทำเมื่อทุกฝ่ายพร้อม ทำจากเรื่องที่ง่ายไปหายากและทำในสิ่งที่เด็กชอบและให้ความร่วมมือก่อน แล้วจึงทำในเรื่องที่เด็กอาจไม่ชอบ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ฝึกและผู้ถูกฝึกจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง การชื่นชมและการให้เวลา ตลอดจนกำลังใจเป็นสิ่งที่เด็กต้องการมากกว่าการดุและการลงโทษ การแก่ใฃสาเหตุของปัญหาปฏิเสธการ!]กขับถ่ายตั้งแต่ระยะเริ่มต้นนำไปสู่การป้องกันปัญหาการ ขับถ่ายเรื้อรัง ส่งผลดีต่อพัฒนาการทางอารมณ์และพฤติกรรมของเด็ก

Abstract

The ability of bowel and bladder control is a mastery developmental skill of toddlers and an ultimate process of social being. Toilet training is a care duty of caregivers to help their children urinating and defecating in socially time and manner. The common causes of toilet training problem are undergoes rigorous training, child temperament, weak relationship. Therefore, in each child may need to use variety strategies for toilet training. The important concepts of training are the readiness of both children and caregivers, the beginning from simple to complex task, start with task which is children’s choose and willing to corporate. Thus, the relationship between children and caregivers plays vital role of toilet training. Children love to be praise, support and being with their parents but not to be punishment or blame. Early solving the rejection of toilet training problem can prevent the long term problem; moreover it is benefit to emotional and behavioral development.
