ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศักยภาพการวิจัยของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพการวิจัยของพยาบาลและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศักยภาพการวิจัยของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ในเขตภาคเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ 3 แห่ง ในเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 446 คน คัดเลือกโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย (Research Participation Questionnaire (RPQ)) และ 3) แบบวัดศักยภาพและวัฒนธรรมการวิจัย (Research Capacity and Culture Tool (RCC Tool)) ซึ่งแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัยได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สูตรของคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 (Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20)) เท่ากับ 0.86 และ แบบวัดศักยภาพและวัฒนธรรมการวิจัยได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศักยภาพการวิจัยของพยาบาลโดยสถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ศักยภาพการวิจัยของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ในเขตภาคเหนือ โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (Median = 3, IQR = 1.27-6.15) ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับศักยภาพการวิจัย ในระดับต่ำ (r = 0.13, p-value < 0.01) และการมีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับศักยภาพการวิจัยในระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.54, p-value < 0.001) จากผลการศึกษานี้ ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลควรมีการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัยของพยาบาล และควรสนับสนุน ให้พยาบาลมีโอกาสพัฒนาระดับการศึกษาให้อยู่ในระดับที่สูงขึ้น เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการวิจัยของพยาบาลให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
