การให้ความหมายของผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพต่อการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพ สำหรับสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานในระยะตั้งครรภ์

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาการให้ความหมายของผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพต่อการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพสำหรับสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานในระยะตั้งครรภ์ พื้นที่ดำเนินการศึกษา คือ โรงพยาบาล ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 4 ของไทย จำนวน 9 แห่ง เก็บรวบรวบข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบรวบรวมข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แนวคำถาม การรับรู้ประสบการณ์ของการให้บริการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความหมายของการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในมุมมองของผู้ให้บริการ คือ การสอนเพื่อการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางด้านสุขภาพให้รับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ การสอนจะทำตามแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของแต่ละโรงพยาบาล และรูปแบบการสอนที่ดีที่สุด คือ การสอนแบบรายบุคคล นอกจากนี้ลักษณะของผู้เรียนที่สามารถควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดได้ดีเป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้ สนใจ ใส่ใจ ซักถาม สำหรับอุปสรรคในการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า จำนวนผู้ให้บริการมีไม่เพียงพอ และรูปแบบการสอนที่ไม่ต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นจึงควรมีโปรแกรมช่วยสอน และขั้นตอนการสอนย้อนกลับทุกครั้งของการตรวจตามนัดเพื่อติดตามผลการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานในระยะตั้งครรภ์
