Relationship Model of Strategic Leadership effect on Health System Management in COVID-19 Situation among Executives under Sukhothai Public Health.

Abstract

This research study the relationship between strategic leadership and health system management on the performance of health system management in the situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019: COVID-19. The total number of samples of public health administrators in Sukhothai Province for data collection was 180 people. The research tools were the questionnaire created by the researcher consisted of 71 items with reliability equal to 0.97

 There was a correlation between Strategic Leadership (SL) and Performance of Health Management (PHM) with a low positive correlation (β = 0.228). Strategic Leadership and Performance of Health Management indirectly influenced through Health System Management variables, with a high level of positive correlation (β = 0.699). There was a correlation between the model with the empirical data of Strategic Leadership and the performance of Health Management at statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Recommendations of research findings to the coronavirus disease 2019 situation, executives under the Provincial Public Health Office must develop a clear strategic leadership model, namely Making it Happen to control the coronavirus infection. 2019 with building alliances (Building Partnerships) important village health volunteers and local and provincial administrative organizations in working together and Developing Today and Tomorrow's leader ( DTTL.).
