Abstract

        การช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ เป็นหัตถการที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน มีมาตรฐาน เป็นการปฏิบัติ เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยกลับมามีการเต้นของหัวใจใหม่ แนวทางปฏิบัติการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ มีการปรับปรุงทุกๆ 5 ปี ซึ่งสมาคมแพทย์โรคหัวใจแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกา (American Herat Association) ได้สรุปผลการประชุมเป็นแนวปฏิบัติการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ และการช่วยเหลือในภาวะฉุกเฉินล่าสุดปี ค.ศ. 2015 บุคลากรทางสุขภาพทุกคนต้องผ่านการอบรม และฝึกปฏิบัติตามแนวทางปฏิบัติการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพที่ทันสมัย เพื่อให้มีความรู้ ประสบการณ์ในการวินิจฉัยภาวะหยุดหายใจ หรือภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้น ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว สามารถตัดสินใจเริ่มปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ ดูแล ป้องกัน และแก้ไขภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้นได้อย่างเหมาะสมทันท่วงที และมีประสิทธิภาพ

        พยาบาลเป็นบุคลากรสำคัญที่สามารถตรวจพบผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาทางด้านหัวใจหยุดเต้นได้และเป็นบุคคลหลักในทีมให้การช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐานแก่ผู้ป่วย วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี เป็นแหล่งผลิตบุคลากรสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาล นักศึกษาต้องมีความรู้ภาคทฤษฎีควบคู่กับการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติ ดังนั้น ผู้สอนต้องมีการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ให้มีการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ หรือการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ โดยใช้วิธีการฝึกปฏิบัติเน้นการสอนแบบสถานการณ์เสมือนจริง (simulation) เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถในการกดนวดหน้าอกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตามแนวปฏิบัติการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐานของสมาคมแพทย์โรคหัวใจแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกาในปี ค.ศ. 2015  โดยมีเป้าหมายในพัฒนานักศึกษาพยาบาลให้มีการคิดอย่างวิจารณญาณและทักษะการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจในการเรียนการสอนและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วย

Preparation nursing students approaches to foster critical thinking and basic cardiac life support skill 2015

        Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a guidelines and standard to help the patient to be a successful return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). New resuscitation guidelines have been updated every five years. The latest guideline is the 2015 American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines update for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Therefore, all health professionals should be trained and practice according to this guideline to early detect, apnea or cardiac arrest, make decision to start CPR, provide care to the patient, prevent any harm, and deal with this situation appropriately, and effectively.

        The nurse is an important professional who can early detect the patients with cardiac arrest and to be a key person in the basic life support team. Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Ratchaburi is the institute producing nursing professionals. Nursing education involves both theoretical and practical training processes. The nursing instructors have to prepare the second year nursing students to have analytical or critical thinking by teaching using simulation focused on effectively cardiac massage following the updated basic cardiac life support guidelines 2015. The instructors should emphasize the objectives of promote nursing students’ critical thinking and skill of the basic cardiac life support to enhance student’s satisfaction of study and readiness before nursing practice in clinical settings.
