การประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบสหกิจศึกษาในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเลือกสรร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา (Descriptive research)  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความสามารถ  ในการจัดการกับปัญหา การตัดสินใจทางคลินิก และความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลังการเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษาในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเลือกสรร สาขาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4  ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเลือกสรรสาขาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ และมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้โครงการสหกิจศึกษาจำนวน 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย1) แบบประเมินการจัดการกับปัญหา 2) แบบประเมินการตัดสินใจทางคลินิกในการพยาบาล 3) แบบรายงานการจัดการกับปัญหาและการตัดสินใจทางการพยาบาลของตนเองสำหรับนักศึกษาและ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการสหกิจศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความสามารถในการจัดการกับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (mean =2.61 จากคะแนนเต็ม 3) มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจทางคลินิกในระดับดี (mean=3.84 จากคะแนนเต็ม 4) และมี  ความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการสหกิจศึกษาในระดับดี (mean= 4.38 คะแนนเต็ม 5)

ข้อเสนอแนะ : ผลการวิจัยที่ได้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนที่มุ่งให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะ ในการจัดการปัญหา และการตัดสินใจทางคลินิก และเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวิจัยและการกำหนดนโยบาย ด้านการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล

The Evaluation of Cooperative Education Program in

Elective Nursing Practicum

This descriptive study was aimed to explore the capability in problem-solving inventory and clinical decision making of the 4th year nursing students after participating in the co-operative education program and the student satisfaction with the program. The participants were 14 nursing students who registered to the Nursing-Selected Practicum course and participated in the co-operative education program. The instruments consisted of : 1) the problem-solving inventory scale, 2) the clinical decision making in nursing scale, 3) the self-report of problem soving and decision making in nursing practice, and 4) the student satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed by content analysis from group conversation and using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

Study results showed that the participants had a good capability in problem-solving (Mean=2.61 from 3) and they also had a good capability in clinical decision making (Mean=3.84 from 4). They had mean score of student satisfaction with the co- operative education program in a good level (Mean 4.38 from 5).

Recommendation :The results of this study is a guideline to develop the teaching –learning process focused on nursing students’ skill of problem-solving and clinical decision making.  It is also used for evidence based on research and a policy of teaching –learning in the nursing insitution.
