ผลของการให้ข้อมูลโดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ต่อความรู้ในการใช้ยาวาร์ฟาริน และความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะชนิดห้องบนสั่นพลิ้ว

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้และความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาวาร์ฟารินของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะชนิดห้องบนสั่นพลิ้วก่อนและหลังได้รับการให้ข้อมูลโดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบหนึ่งกลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะชนิดห้องบนสั่นพลิ้วที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาวาร์ฟารินชนิดรับประทานครั้งแรกจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือประกอบด้วย สื่อวีดิทัศน์เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาวาร์ฟาริน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบประเมินข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้ในการรับประทานยาต้านการแข็งตัวของเลือด และแบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบค่าที (Paired t-test)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ในการรับประทานยาวาร์ฟารินสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความวิตกกังวลน้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการศึกษาเสนอแนะให้บุคลากรทางสาธารณสุขสามารถให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาวาร์ฟารินโดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และลดความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟารินในครั้งแรกได้
