บทคัดย่อ

วัณโรคเป็นโรคติดเชื้อที่สำคัญโรคหนึ่งของปัญหาสาธารณสุขไทย วิวัฒนาการการรักษาเพื่อเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพมีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปัญหาของการรักษาด้วยยาฆ่าเชื้อที่มีการใช้ยาที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือจากภูมิคุ้มกันของผู้ป่วยที่แย่ลงในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เซ่น สูงอายุ หรือ HIV ส่งผลให้เกิดการขาดประสิทธิภาพการรักษา จนเกิดเป็นภาวะวัณโรคดื้อยา การดูแลภาวะดังกล่าวต้องการความเข้าใจในปัจจัยเสี่ยง วิธีการ การป้องกันและวิธีการแก้ไขอย่างถูกต้อง

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis is a significant infectious disease of public health problems in Thailand. Developing its effective treatment has been continuously done. Misused medical treatment or reducing patientsû immunity in various situations such as aging or HIV causes drug-resistant tuberculosis. Caring this problem require comprehensive understanding of risk factors, prevention, and effective treatment.
