บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง ต่อความรู้และความมั่นใจในความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะฉุกเฉิน ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 48 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้สถานการณ์จำลอง และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามความรู้ และความมั่นใจในความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะฉุกเฉิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ t-test ผลการศึกษา: พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของความรู้ และความมั่นใจในความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะฉุกเฉินของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 ในกลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการใช้สถานการณ์จำลองหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และค่าเฉลี่ยของความรู้ และความมั่นใจในความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะฉุกเฉินของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการใช้สถานการณ์จำลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) อภิปรายผล: งานวิจัยนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านการพยาบาลทั้งในภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติโดยการใช้สถานการณ์จำลองร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ
