บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใหข้ ้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชันต่อความวิตกกังวลของมารดาผู้ป่วยเด็กระยะที่อยู่ในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตเด็กและระยะเตรียมย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตเด็ก คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง 60 ราย โดยกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับข้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชันร่วมกับข้อมูลตามปกติกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับข้อมูลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย 1) โมบายแอปพลิเคชันการให้ข้อมูลแก่มารดาผู้ป่วยเด็กทั้ง 2 ระยะ 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของมารดาและผู้ป่วยเด็ก 3) แบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลของมารดาผู้ป่วยเด็กระยะที่อยู่ในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตเด็ก และ 4) แบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลของมารดาผู้ป่วยเด็กระยะเตรียมย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตเด็ก เครื่องมือวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลของมารดาผู้ป่วยเด็กทั้ง 2 ระยะ ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .88 และ .94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความวิตกกังวลของมารดากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองทั้ง 2 ระยะ
หลังการทดลองตต่ำกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 4.89,< .001, t = 12.38, p < .001) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความวิตกกังวลหลังการทดลองของมารดากลุ่มทดลองทั้ง 2 ระยะ ตต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(t = 7.54 p < .001, t = 9.42, p < .001) ดังนั้นพยาบาลสามารถนำเครื่องมือในการวิจัยนี้ไปใช้ร่วมกับการให้ข้อมูลตามปกติเพื่อลดความวิตกกังวลของมารดาของผู้ป่วยเด็กทั้ง 2 ระยะได้
