บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด และศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 12 วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอดที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 12 จำนวน 154 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ 3) แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และ 4) แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด แบบสอบถามที่ 2-4 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยง โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .98 .87 และ .97 ตามลำดับ ทดสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .92 .92 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา: ระดับสมรรถนะพยาบาล
วิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (M = 4.34, SD = .44) จากการทดสอบการถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานในห้องคลอดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด เป็นปัจจัยที่ร่วมกันทำนายความแปรปรวนของสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอด ได้ร้อยละ 57 (Adjusted R2 = .57, F = 42.31, p < .001) สรุป: ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในการส่งเสริม
สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานห้องคลอดในอนาคตได้ เช่น การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ เป็นต้น
