ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกัน โรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอดอนตูม จังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: วิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) อำเภอดอนตูม จังหวัดนครปฐม วิธีการ: คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านความสามารถส่วนบุคคล 3) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานเป็น อสม. และ 4) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของ อสม. แบบสอบถามทั้ง 3 ชุดมีค่า IOC = 1 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค = .97, .96 และ .98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษา: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในระดับดีมาก ส่วนปัจจัยด้านความสามารถส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของ อสม. ในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p < .05) ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยี (rs = .245) ความสามารถในการเขียน (rs = .196) และความสามารถในการอ่าน (rs = .168) และปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานเป็น อสม. ที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของ อสม. ในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p < .05) ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (r = .781) การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (r = .773) การรับรู้บทบาท อสม. (r = .739) สรุป: การพัฒนา อสม. ให้มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ควรส่งเสริมความสามารถส่วนบุคคลในเรื่องของการอ่าน การเขียน และการใช้เทคโนโลยี ตลอดจนส่งเสริมด้านการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนจากสังคม การสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และพัฒนาการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของ อสม.
