บทคัดย่อ

ที่มาของปัญหา: สภาพสังคมไทยที่เปลี่ยนแปลงส่งผลต่อค่านิยมและพฤติกรรมทางเพศของวัยรุ่น การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของวัยรุ่นเพิ่มมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นปัญหาสังคมไทยที่สำคัญ ซึ่งนับวันจะทวีความรุนแรงเพิ่มมากขึ้น

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาทุนชีวิตกับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิง จังหวัดจันทบุรี และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนชีวิต กับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิง จังหวัดจันทบุรี

วิธีการ: เป็นการศึกษาเชิงหาความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวนทั้งหมด 443 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Binary logistic regression

ผลการศึกษา: พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 28.2 เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์แล้ว สำหรับทุนชีวิตของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยพลัง 5 ด้านได้แก่ พลังตัวตน พลังครอบครัว พลังสร้างปัญญา พลังเพื่อนและกิจกรรม และพลังชุมชนมีทุนชีวิตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 67.36) เมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนชีวิตตามพลัง ด้านต่างๆ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่ามีทุนชีวิตด้านพลังครอบครัว และพลังตัวตนอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 76.07 และร้อยละ 75.53 ตามลำดับ) พลังสร้างปัญญา และพลังเพื่อนและกิจกรรมในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 63.20 และร้อยละ 60.89 ตามลำดับ) และพลังชุมชนอยู่ในระดับไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ (ร้อยละ 53.94) และพบว่า ทุนชีวิตที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติได้แก่ พลังครอบครัว (AOR=2.21, 95% CI=1.248-3.91) พลังสร้างปัญญา (AOR=1.69, 95% CI=1.044-2.760) พลังเพื่อนและกิจกรรม (AOR =1.65, 95% CI=1.009-2.701) และพลังชุมชน (AOR=1.75, 95% CI=1.031-2.958)

สรุป: ผลการวิจัยทำให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ ทุนชีวิตกับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิง ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อพยาบาล บุคลากรสุขภาพ และผู้ทีเกี่ยวข้องในการหาแนวทางป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิงไทยต่อไป

The Relationship Between life Assets and Sexual Intercourse
among Female Adolescents

Abstract

Background: The Thai society changing affects the values and sexual behaviors of adolescents. This is an important problem that has been inundating and getting more serious.

Objective: The purposes of this study were to study sexual intercourse, life assets, and related life assets of sexual intercourse among female adolescents, Chanthaburi province

Materials and method: This research was a correlational study. A cluster random was used to draw 443 representative sample who were female high school students and vocational students in Chanthaburi province. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Binary logistic regression.

Results: Findings of the study showed that 28.2% of the sample already had sexual intercourse. Life assets included 5 powers; power of self, power of family, power of wisdom, power of peer and activity, and power of community. The overall life asset of the sample was at a fair level (67.36%). Among those 5 powers of the sample, power of family and power of self were at a good level (76.07% and 75.53%, respectively); power of wisdom and power of peer and activity were at a fair level (63.20% and 60.89% respectively); power of community did not pass a criterion (53.94%) The life assets significantly related to sexual intercourse among female adolescents were power of family (AOR=2.21, 95% CI=1.248-3.91), power of wisdom (AOR=1.69, 95% CI=1.044-2.760, power of peer and activity (AOR=1.65, 95% CI=1.009-2.701), and power of community (AOR=1.75, 95% CI=1.031-2.958)

Conclusion: Results of study contributes to knowledge and understanding about life assets and sexual intercourse among female adolescents. It will be beneficial to nurses, health personnel, and those who are involved in sexual intercourse prevention programs among Thai female adolescents.
