บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะเลือดออกในทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นเฉียบพลันเป็นภาวะฉุกเฉินทางศัลยกรรม ทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีระดับความดันโลหิตต่ำมากอย่างรวดเร็วจนเกิดภาวะช็อค และเสียชีวิตในที่สุด บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอการพยาบาลเพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการส่องกล้องตรวจทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นในผู้ป่วยที่มีเลือดออกในทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นเฉียบพลันในภาวะฉุกเฉิน เนื้อหาในบทความประกอบด้วยภาวะเลือดออกในทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นเฉียบพลัน การส่องกล้องตรวจทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นในภาวะฉุกเฉิน และการพยาบาลเพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านร่างกาย และจิตใจ เพื่อลดการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน ลดอัตราตาย และเพิ่มคุณภาพการพยาบาล เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยผ่านภาวะวิกฤตได้อย่างปลอดภัย
