Abstract

             The management of COVID-19 spreading in Rayong Central Prison, where the numbers of correction officers and prisoners were 174 and 6,298, respectively, was a challenge that needed knowledge of disease control and prevention in combination with the management of screening, zoning, coordination for rapid treatment, and active process about vaccines. With the collaboration of the health service network at every level, it affected 5,329 prisoners (84.6%) with ATK Positive results receive the treatment rapidly Moreover, controlling COVID-19 spreading was a success as it achieved the goal. The death rate was 0.06%. This administration could be furthered and used as an example of epidemic management in other prisons.
