การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งปากมดลูก ที่รับการผ่าตัดมดลูกออกแบบถอนรากถอนโคน

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อรายงานการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการพยาบาลผ่าตัดผู้ป่วยมะเร็งปากมดลูกที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด มดลูกออกแบบถอนรากถอนโคน RHND (RADICAL Hysterectomy & pelvic node discectomy) จำนวน 2 ราย

รูปแบบการศึกษา : การรายงานกรณีศึกษาผู้ป่วยในระยะเวลาตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2555 - 4 มกราคม 2556

ผลการศึกษา : ผู้ป่วยทั้งสองรายมีความแตกต่างกัน ทั้งอายุ การศึกษาและการดูแลสุขภาพ เมื่อเกิดการเจ็บ ป่วย ผู้ป่วยแต่ละรายมีวิธีการจัดการที่แตกต่างกัน ตามความเชื่อและบริบทของสภาพแวดล้อมของ ผู้ป่วย การให้คำแนะนำที่เฉพาะเหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยแต่ละรายจะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถปฏิบัติตามได้ และ เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดี

บทสรุป : การศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ผู้ป่วยทั้งสองรายได้รับการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลระหว่างการผ่าตัด อย่างเหมาะสม ทำให้ได้รับความปลอดภัย ไม่พบภาวะแทรกซ้อนและผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจ

Nursing care of RHND’s operation in CA cervix patients

Purpose : To report the comparative study of two patients with cervical cancer Who underwent the surgery of RHND operation: Radical hysterectomy and pelvic node discectomy.

Method of Study : Case study report from October 15, 2012 to January 4, 2013

Results of Study : There were differences in age, education and health care behaviors between the two patients. When getting the disease, each patient performed different health care practice depending on personal beliefs and environmental context. Tailored advices should be specifically provided for each patient for effective outcomes and to ensure patient’s adaptation.

Conclusion : The study showed that both patients received proper nursing care during the surgery. This resulted in patient’s satisfaction and a safe surgery without any complication.
