The result of the emergency medical services system implementation in Chantaburi Province.

Abstract

Descriptive studies were efficiency assessment for their was applied from Chantaburi result of management in EMS. Thailand national EMS guideline, and rechecked data validation pass back to Thailand national EMS report system during 2008-2009. The data were analyzed and the result are:-The pattern management of EMS in Chantaburi Province selected in service and development that, system management, staff Mostly of EMS activities are done by Non-government Emergency Medical (NG-EMS) (55.98 percent, 58.46 percent). The patient were accident event (60.25 percent, 54.72 percent) in first response: FR (70.68
percent, 87.17 percent) first aid and refer ( 96.31 percent, 97.14 percent) Response time were in 10 munite. (88.14 percent, 88.10 percent) ALS were moderate of emergency level (56.6 percent, 60.67 percent) The first result of cure were stable level (73.7 percent,73.1 percent) and the last result were normally, discharge (50.0 percent, 48.7 percent) .The result of BLS,FR were 15-44 year old (59.67 percent, 54.24 percent) the quality of service were satisfied, stop bleeding (69.05 percent, 71.4 percent) respiratory care (88.3 percent, 88.9 percent) and mobilization (74.8 percent, 78.2 percent). Result that increase from management pattern.
