Endodontic retreatment in tooth with silver cone : A case report.

Abstract

High success rate of endodontic retreatment could be obtained by the correct diagnosis of failure in the piror endodontic treatment,careful treatment planning,adequate instruments,knowledge and experience of dentist.The case report presents cause of failure of endodontic retreated tooth with silver cone,problems and techniques for removal of silver cone in root canals.Then,root canals were filled with gutta-percha.After treatment the results of periodic recall were pleasant,patient had no sign and symptom,healing was presented.
