The model development of public sector management quality in Chonburi Provincial Health Office.

Abstract

This participationa action research study about the Model Development of Public Sector Management Quality in Chonburi Provincial Health Office.The main objective were studied The model of Public Sector Management Quality,applied conceptual of Government management policy about goo governance and Kwonledge management,and difference among perception level that to improve organization by Public Sector Management,in Chonburi Provincial Health Office,October,2007 to March,2008.One hundred and nine person selected by whole group.Answered the program of model,participation's sheet,questionnaire and deep interview computed by content analysis percent,arithmetic mean,one way ANOVA analysis of variance were applied to analyze these data.

The study shows that:-

The program of model's participation among the top management and team officer have conceptual framework,sequence,planning and learning by knowledge management technical,separate 3 section,input the data,process management and assignment homework,team can solve the problem with timing appointment to conclude and review data before next meeting.Lunch time is a good time to join and increase the organize relationship.Strategic planning not to shows the successful because the confused of team leader,lack of intigrated and the records from the meeting did not completed the research found that to prepare team-Leader to known is better than to prepare group process only.

Learning,perception,improved and development organization planning are shows in the middle level,The factors of general data are effective to difference perception of officers in Chonburi Provincial Health office by policy of public sector management quality is also signification
