Abstract

Syringe holder for fine needle aspiration was developed. mechanic arm to pushed back syringe plunger made constant negative pressure, pen-like handling and short working distance to made more accuracy when aspiration. Easily invented device, cheap, durable, improve quality of FNA, easy to use, good sensation, one-hand usage, it can used in breast, thyroid and lymph node ,can treat in some cystic lesion. when it was used, shows high accuracy rate equal to old method (93 percent) but have more comfortable to use.
