Work analysis of Prapokklao Hospital in Fiscal Year 2002.

Abstract

The descriptive study of work analysis of Prapokklao Hospital's personel in fiscal year 2ooz was done. The objective of this stydy was to determine the work analysis per personnel and per department. Work analysis was devided into 3 groups; medical staff, nursing staff and others staff. The results revealed that the average of work analysis per personnel was 113.90 percent, shown that workload was over than standard time. The work analysis of medical staff was the highest 13o.1 0 percent The work analysis of nursing staff was 110.17 percent. The work analysis of others staff was the lowest 101.43 percent. The research of work analysis will be useful to human resource planning, which will develop the efficiency and effective human resource of the hospital
