Treatment in vertical crown-root fracture.

Abstract

The treatment methods of incomplete and complete vertical crown - root fracture were reported in two cases. The method is composed of three steps; The first step was root canal treatment, The second one was bonding fracture tooth with adhesive resin cement, and The Last one restored teeth with full metal crown and porcelain veneer crown. Both cases were observed for 18 months and 6 months respectively. This methods may be the other choice of vertical crown - root fracture treatment.
