The situation of receiving information of personnel in Prapokklao Hospital.

Abstract

Objective : To study the situation of receiving information of personnel in Prapokklao Hospital.

Material & Methods : Data were collected using 1,088 questionnaires and were analysed using descriptive statistics and ANCOVA

Results : The personnel of Prapokklao hospital received information at the mean of 2.32.The most significant resource of information was the Intranet (mean = 2.80).Other resourees included hospital announcement document (mean = 2.5),poster (mean =2.25), hospital news letters (mean =2.20), and voice - announcement of the hospital (mean = 1.83). Female personnel receined information more than male personnel (mean = 2.30 and 2.15 respeetively) The professional staff received information more than non-profressional staff. The younger personnel received information more than the older ones. There are analysis of covariace : ANCOVA between sex, position, department and received information significant p-value < .01
