Abstract

Laporoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) is one of the gynecological procedure and can be done safely in Prapokklao hospital. Comparing to the standard total abdominal hysterectomy, LAVH is lower post operative pain ,less hospital stay, fewer adhesion and good cosmetic effect. The disadvantage of LAVH is high cost, high technology and instrument, more operation time that is depend on the operator skill and team. These two patients were selected to operated by laporoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH). The result is good and no postoperative complications.
