บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะช็อกจากการติดเชื้อ เป็นภาวะวิกฤตที่มีความสำคัญโดยเกิดจากการอักเสบทั่วร่างกายจากการติดเชื้ออย่างรุนแรง มีการดำเนินของโรคที่รวดเร็ว รุนแรง และมีอัตราการเสียชีวิตค่อนข้างสูง จึงจำเป็นต้องได้รับการวินิจฉัยที่รวดเร็วร่วมกับให้การพยาบาลได้อย่างทันท่วงทีเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะช็อก พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลและให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่เกิดภาวะช็อกจากการติดเชื้อตั้งแต่กระบวนการประเมินสภาพผู้ป่วย การวินิจฉัยการพยาบาล การวางแผนการพยาบาล การให้การพยาบาล และประเมินผลการพยาบาล ตลอดจนการประสานงานกับทีมสหวิชาชีพโดยเฉพาะแพทย์ ดังนั้นพยาบาลจึงจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้และสามารถให้การพยาบาลได้ถูกต้อง ลดความรุนแรงของอาการที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะวิกฤตต่อไป บทความฟื้นวิชานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะช็อกจากการติดเชื้อเพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยบนพื้นฐานขององค์ความรู้ที่ถูกต้อง อันนำไปสู่การช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะช็อกจากการติดเชื้อต่อไป
