ผลการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคตับแข็งไม่ทราบสาเหตุด้วยยาสมุนไพรตำรับเทวาพิทักษ์

บทคัดย่อ
รายงานผู้ป่วย หญิงไทยคู่ อายุ 64 ปี มีอาการเวียนศีรษะ รับประทานอาหารได้น้อย เบื่ออาหาร ตัวเหลือง ตาเหลือง ขาบวม ท้องโตนาน 5 เดือน ไม่มีประวัติดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หรือรับประทานยาประจำ ได้รับการตรวจ HBsAg-negative, Anti HCV-negative ค่าเอนไซม์ของตับสูง แพทย์วินิจฉัยโรคตับอักเสบระยะเริ่มต้น (early hepatitis) จากนั้นได้รับการตรวจด้วยเครื่องเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (CT scan) จึงได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็นโรคตับแข็ง (liver cirrhosis) รักษาตามอาการ 7 เดือน อาการไม่ดีขึ้น ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาสมุนไพรตำรับเทวาพิทักษ์ ประกอบด้วยสมุนไพร เช่น ข้าวเย็นเหนือ ข้าวเย็นใต้ เต่าเกียด เต่าร้าง เป็นต้น แล้วอาการดีขึ้น
