บทคัดย่อ
ผู้ป่วยชาย อายุ 39 ปี ได้รับอุบัติเหตุ ขี่รถสามล้อเครื่องล้ม ไหล่ซ้ายกระแทกพื้น มีอาการปวดไหล่ซ้ายเล็กน้อย ตรวจร่างกายพบว่าการเคลื่อนไหวรอบหัวไหล่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ (full range of motion)
ผู้ป่วยได้รับการตรวจทางรังสี plain radiograph of left shoulder AP
