“งูเห่า” พ่นพิษใส่ตา

บทคัดย่อ
งูเห่าพ่นพิษใส่ตา ทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีอาการเคืองตา แสบตา ปวดตา อาจทำให้การมองเห็นลดลงได้ถ้าเกิดกระจกตาเป็นแผล การรักษาเบื้องต้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดด้วยการล้างตาด้วยน้ำสะอาดในปริมาณมากที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ เป็นการชะล้างพิษงูในตา ป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนทางตาตามมา การให้ยาหยอดตารักษาเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อและลดการอักเสบ นอกจากนั้นยังไม่พบว่ามีการรายงานผลต่อทางร่างกาย ที่เกิดจากการถูกงูเห่าพ่นพิษใส่ตา สำหรับยาฉีดหรือยาหยอดเซรุ่ม ยังไม่มีการยืนยันว่ามีประโยชน์ในการรักษา
