ถอดบทเรียนจากประสบการณ์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลผ่านการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ภายใต้วิกฤตการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19

บทคัดย่อ
จากการที่สังคมในปัจจุบันต้องเผชิญกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ระบบการศึกษาพยาบาลจำเป็นต้องปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาล เพื่อเกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเสมือนการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียน การจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่อาจารย์พยาบาลนำมาใช้จัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาล ทั้งนี้ บทความนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อถอดบทเรียนจากประสบการณ์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อการเรียนออนไลน์ภายใต้วิกฤตการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาได้ข้อมูล 4 ประเด็น ประกอบด้วย 1) ความวิตกกังวล และเครียดต่อการเรียนออนไลน์ 2) สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้สอน และผู้เรียนลดลงจากการเรียนออนไลน์ 3) สัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ต และสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเรียนออนไลน์ และ 4) การพัฒนาสื่อและกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เสริมแรงจูงใจในการเรียนออนไลน์ ทั้งนี้ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาลจากการเรียนออนไลน์ไม่แตกต่างจากการเรียนปกติ ข้อค้นพบที่ได้นำไปสู่การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์โดยการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้สอนด้านการออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้แนวใหม่ และทักษะการใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ รวมถึง การสนับสนุนทรัพยากรที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนออนไลน์แก่ผู้เรียน เพื่อเสริมสร้างให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความสุขในการเรียนรู้ และเกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
