บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาของปัญหา: การลดอัตราแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ควรเริ่มจากบุคคลครอบครัว จนถึงการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนในการป้องกันโรค
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ป่วย พัฒนารูปแบบตำบลวิถีชีวิตใหม่โดยศึกษาผลของรูปแบบตำบลวิถีชีวิตใหม่ และประเมินความพึงพอใจ ความเหมาะสมของกิจกรรม และความพร้อมของชุมชนต่อการพัฒนารูปแบบตำบลวิถีชีวิตใหม่ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง ภายใต้สถานการณ์ COVID-19 จังหวัดจันทบุรี
วิธีการศึกษา: วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง จำนวน 10 คน บุคลากรสาธารณสุข แกนนำชุมชน และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) จำนวน 19 คน และบุคลากรสาธารณสุข แกนนำชุมชน และอาสาสมัครครอบครัว (อสค.) จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ความเหมาะสมของกิจกรรม และความพร้อมของชุมชน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้แนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ และแนวทางการระดมสมอง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา: พบปัญหาและความต้องการการช่วยเหลือของผู้ป่วย ได้แก่ การไม่กล้าออกจากบ้าน ปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่เกิดจากความเครียด และปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ หลังใช้รูปแบบตำบลวิถีชีวิตใหม่ พบว่า ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบระดับมากที่สุด ชุมชนมีความพร้อมต่อการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบในระดับมากที่สุด
สรุป: การพัฒนารูปแบบเพื่อให้ระบบบริการมีความพร้อม ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือระหว่างทีมงานสาธารณสุข ภาคีเครือข่าย และแกนนำชุมชน โดยคำนึงถึงความสอดคล้องตามบริบทของผู้ป่วยและศักยภาพของหน่วยบริการเป็นสำคัญ
