บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อรวบรวมและสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการฝากครรภ์สำหรับสตรีตั้งครรภ์ความเสี่ยงต่ำในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการจัดบริการฝากครรภ์เพื่อประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่สตรีตั้งครรภ์ขององค์การอนามัยโลก
รูปแบบการวิจัย : การทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบูรณาการ
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย : สืบค้นหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่ตีพิมพ์ระหว่าง 2015-2021 จากฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 6 ฐานข้อมูล สกัดงานวิจัยโดยใช้เครื่องมือ QualSyst พบงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 68 เรื่อง มีงานวิจัยจำนวน 8 เรื่องที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกและนำมาวิเคราะห์ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้
ผลการวิจัย : รูปแบบการฝากครรภ์สำหรับสตรีตั้งครรภ์ความเสี่ยงต่ำในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 คือการฝากครรภ์แบบผสมผสาน โดยการประยุกต์วิธีการฝากครรภ์เสมือนจริงเข้ากับการฝากครรภ์รูปแบบเดิม ลดจำนวนครั้งของการมาฝากครรภ์ในสถานพยาบาล และประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีเทเลเฮลท์ในการให้บริการฝากครรภ์ทางไกล
สรุปข้อและข้อเสนอแนะ : ผลของการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบูรณาการนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการฝากครรภ์ในการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ควรเป็นรูปแบบการฝากครรภ์แบบผสมผสาน และควรมีการทำการวิจัยเชิงทดลองทดสอบประสิทธิของโปรแกรมการฝากครรภ์แบบผสมผสานเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลต่อคุณภาพการฝากครรภ์ ผลลัพธ์การตั้งครรภ์ ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ และผู้ให้บริการเพิ่มเติม
