ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุม โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของผู้นำชุมชน อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาของปัญหา: ผู้นำชุมชนเป็นบุคคลสำคัญในการควบคุมโรคติดต่อทั้งตามกฎหมายและการปฏิบัติ จึงควรสำรวจการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019
วิธีการศึกษา: เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้นำชุมชนในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 264 คน ที่สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคและการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือแล้ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วยการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษา: ผู้นำชุมชนส่วนใหญ่มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 60.2) ซึ่งทัศนคติ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อโรค การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทรัพยากร การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความคาดหวังของสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยการได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β=0.32) เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค COVID-19 มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ความคาดหวังของสังคม (β=0.27) โดยทั้งสองปัจจัยนี้สามารถทำนายการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคได้ร้อยละ 30.3
สรุป: งานวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมและความคาดหวังของสังคมเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ผู้นำชุมชนสามารถดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคในชุมชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงควรจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมและเพิ่มการรับรู้ในเรื่องความคาดหวังของสังคมให้กับผู้นำชุมชน
