ความสัมพันธ์ของการตระหนักถึงความสามารถต่อสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ และความเป็นอยู่ดีของนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์ในเขตภาคใต้ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

ที่มาของปัญหา: การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ทำให้การศึกษาทางการแพทย์ต้องปรับรูปแบบเป็นเรียนผ่านระบบออนไลน์มากขึ้น ส่งผลให้ปฏิสัมพันธ์ของผู้เรียนต่อสังคมน้อยลง นำไปสู่ความเหนื่อยล้าทางอารมณ์และภาวะหมดไฟ ฉะนั้นการตระหนักถึงความสามารถและสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ของผู้เรียนแต่ละคนจึงต้องมีการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับวิถีชีวิตแบบใหม่ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความเป็นอยู่ดีของนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์


วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเข้าใจความสัมพันธ์และอิทธิพลระหว่างการตระหนักถึงความสามารถ (self-efficacy) สมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ (absorptive capacity) และความเป็นอยู่ดี (well-being) ของนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์ในเขตภาคใต้ประเทศไทย


วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยเชิงสาเหตุในรูปแบบการสำรวจภาคตัดขวาง ที่มุ่งเน้นนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นคลินิกของสถาบันการศึกษาที่สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยและศูนย์แพทยศาสตร์ชั้นคลินิกในเขตภาคใต้ประเทศไทย การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิโดยวางกรอบการเลือกตามชั้นปีการศึกษาที่ 4 ถึง 6 ในสัดส่วนเท่ากัน เครื่องมือวิจัยจัดทำในรูปแบบแบบสอบถามโดยรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านจดหมายและระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต คณะผู้วิจัยได้จำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามสุทธิ 175 ราย สำรวจในช่วงสัปดาห์สุดท้ายของเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดำเนินการโดยวิธีแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน (PLS-SEM)


ผลการศึกษา: การวิเคราะห์พบว่าการตระหนักถึงความสามารถส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความเป็นอยู่ดี (β=0.43, t=3.26, p<0.01) การตระหนักถึงความสามารถส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ (β=0.74, t=11.08, p<0.001) และสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความเป็นอยู่ดี (β=0.48, t=3.84, p<0.001)


สรุป: การตระหนักถึงความสามารถและสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ส่งอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความเป็นอยู่ดีของนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์ และการตระหนักถึงความสามารถส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อความเป็นอยู่ดีผ่านสื่อกลางอย่างสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ ดังนั้นควรส่งเสริมการตระหนักถึงความสามารถผู้เรียนโดยเฉพาะทางด้านสังคมและสมรรถนะในการดูดซับความรู้ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมหรือกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเพิ่มระดับความเป็นอยู่ดีของนิสิตนักศึกษาแพทย์
