บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาของปัญหา: ภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19 (COVID-19) ที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงที่ผ่านมา ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ตามมาตรฐานของร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน (ขย.1) ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานที่กฎหมายกำหนด
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) และเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ของร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันในช่วงก่อนโควิด-19 และช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 (COVID-19) ในจังหวัดสระแก้ว
วิธีการศึกษา: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง รวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการของร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน ที่ได้รับอนุญาตโดยสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดสระแก้วก่อนวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ทุกแห่ง (จำนวน 67 ร้าน) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมินวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบผลการประเมิน GPP ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2561 กับ พ.ศ. 2564 และศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ GPP ภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการประเมินตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ปี พ.ศ. 2561 มีคะแนนรวมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 91.1 และในปี พ.ศ. 2564 มีคะแนนรวมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 92.7 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และผลการศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ GPP ภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19 พบว่า ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดจะเป็นปัญหาด้านอุปกรณ์ ในเรื่องการใช้เครื่องวัดความดัน
สรุป: ผลการประเมินตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ในภาพรวมของช่วงเวลาก่อนโควิด-19 และช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 (COVID-19) มีความแตกต่างกัน และปัญหาอุปสรรคที่พบในการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ GPP มีเหตุผลส่วนใหญ่มาจากนโยบายการเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคมเนื่องมาจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 (COVID-19) ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่จะต้องนำไปพัฒนาเกณฑ์การตรวจ GPP ในอนาคตต่อไป
