Complication of acute paracetamol overdosage

Liver toxicity is a common complication of paracetamol overdosage.This case reportsdescribe a patient, who ingests overdose of paracetamol for suicide. This report is composed of liver toxicity and complications of paracetamol overdosage, and proper guideline for management of paracetamol overdosage. The case report was observed at 1 month follow up.
