Laparoscopy : Direct trocar insertion without pneumoperitoneum.

บทคัดย่อ

This paper presents the technique of directly inserting the laparoscopic trocar without establishing a previous pneumoperitoneum.The technique is fully described.The advantages of this method are discussed.It is consider to be an easy and safer means of performing laparoscopy.
