Effects of the Humanized Health Care Learning Process Development using a Simulated Family System on Creative Systematic Thinking Process through a Three-Basket Technique of Caring Team Leaders in Chaiyaphum Hospital

Abstract

This descriptive method research aimed to examine the effects of the humanized health care development using a simulated family system on creative systematic thinking process through three-basket techniques of caring team leaders in Chaiyaphum Hospital. The sample consisted of 25 health care personnel of Chaiyaphum Hospital who participated in the humanized health care learning process with the simulated family system in 2016, and called caring team leaders. Research instruments consisted of the followings elements: 1) a personal information questionnaire. 2) a creative systematic thinking process through three - basket techniques test Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. The research result showed that age and experience of participation in the humanized health care learning process with the simulated family system were positively correlated with the level of the creative systematic thinking process at the .05 statistical significance. The content analysis revealed that most of informants focused on benefits of the learning process in humanized health care with the simulated family system development that they can apply in their daily life, especially the three-basket technique. The learning process has produce a wisdom from meditation practice during having a conversation and a genuine respect for each other. The development of these team leaders should be continue to achieve the goal of the complete human development.
