บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยประเมินผลโครงการเพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจากหมู่บ้าน และเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายสาธารณะในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเบาหวานในชุมชน โดย ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในการดำเนินการวิจัย และใช้ฐานแนวคิดจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเป็น ความไวเชิงทฤษฎีในการวิจัยตามขั้นตอนการประเมินผลกระทบสุขภาพตามแนวทางของ ONEP (Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning) กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มเลือกแบบ เฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive random sampling) จำนวน 73 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม (focus group) และ ทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลกระทบในมิติด้านร่างกายคือ มีเวลาใน การเตรียมการออกกำลังกายมากขึ้น และมีสุขภาพดีผลกระทบในมิติด้านจิตใจคือ มีความอุ่นใจมีทศั นคติ ที่ดีต่อกันเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ มีกำลังใจในการทำงาน มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีขึ้น ผลกระทบในมิติด้านสังคม มีความ สมั พันธ์ซึ่งกันและกัน มีการแบ่งบทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบต่อชุมชนอย่างชัดเจน โดยการยึดประโยชน์ ส่วนรวมเป็นที่ตั้ง มีการสร้างเครือข่ายด้านสุขภาพโดยแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างชุมชนใน หมู่บ้านเดียวกนั และขยายไปยังหมู่บ้านอื่นๆ และเป็นที่ยอมรับในชุมชนผลกระทบในมิติด้านจิตวิญญาณ เกิดความตั้งใจ มุ่งมั่น มีเป้าหมายในการดูแลผู้ป่วยและ มีพลังใจที่จะใช้ชีวิตอยู่ต่อสุดท้ายได้ขอเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายสาธารณะ คือ จัดตั้งชมรมผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและเครือข่ายอาสาสมัครในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเบาหวานในชุมชน และควรมีการทำวิจัยเชิงปฏบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นไปได้ถึงนโยบายสาธารณะในการจัดตั้งชมรมผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและ เครือข่ายอาสาสมัครในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเบาหวานในชุมชน

Abstract

This project research evaluationto study the impact of potential development of village health volunteers and suggestions forpublic policy in caring of diabetic patients in the community. The researcher used qualitative research techniques to conduct research and the concept of literature as a theoretical sensitivity in the research process following health impact assessment guidelines of ONEP (Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning). The sample was a purposive random sampling 73 people. Focus group and data were analyzed by content analysis: ONEP guidelines were used as the theoretical lens for initial data interpretation. The results showed that dimensional effects in the physical was the time to prepare, exercise more and healthy, impact on the psychological dimension is a peace of mind with a positive attitude towards it, feel proud, the morale, have better mental health, impact on the social dimension, correlated with each other.With the division of roles and responsibilities clearly to the community by the benefit to the public and creating a network of health knowledge between communities and extended to other villages and recognized in the community. Impact on the spiritual dimensions, be determined with the goal of patient care an- dthe power to live. Finally, It is the public policy suggestions establish diabetes clubs and volunteer network of diabetes care in the community andstudy to action research to improve the possibility of establishing a public policy I diabetic patients and volunteer network of diabetes care in the community.
