บทคัดย่อ

            บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการนำแนวคิดการบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ไปสู่การปฏิบัติโดยนำเสนอตัวอย่างการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้หลักการสำคัญของการบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ 3 ประการ คือ จิตบริการ การคิดวิเคราะห์และการมีส่วนร่วม ผ่านกระบวนการพยาบาล 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การประเมินภาวะสุขภาพและทำความเข้าใจบริบทชีวิต การวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลตามสภาพจริง การวางแผนการพยาบาลภายใต้เงื่อนไขบริบทชีวิต การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลด้วยความเต็มใจและการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้บริการและการประเมินผลการแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

            This article aims to demonstrate the application of humanized care concepts into practice with sample cases based on those concepts emphasizing 3 principles including service mind of nurses, analytical thinking and participation between older adults and nurses. The concepts are applied through 5 steps of the nursing process which included health assessment and understanding life context of the older persons, nursing diagnosis based on authentic data, nursing care plans based on the life contexts, nursing implementation with willingness and participations of the clients, and nursing evaluation for sustainable health problem solving.
