การสะท้อนเส้นทางการปฏิรูปกระบวนการเรียนรู้จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ภายใต้ระบบครอบครัวเสมือนสู่คณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดนปัญญาปฏิบัติ

บทคัดย่อ

            สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุขได้กำหนดอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตของสถาบันให้มีจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ วิทยาลัยในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก จึงได้จัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้บัณฑิตเกิดอัตลักษณ์ดังกล่าว กระบวนการเรียนรู้จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ภายใต้ระบบครอบครัวเสมือนเป็นแนวทางที่วิทยาลัยพยาบาลหลายแห่งได้ใช้ในการผลิตบัณฑิตให้มีอัตลักษณ์จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ และได้มีการนำไปพัฒนาบุคลากรทุกระดับในสถานบริการสุขภาพ ตลอดจนอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน บทความนี้คณะผู้เขียนได้วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้จากประสบการณ์  การจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ที่มีวิจัยเป็นฐาน เพื่อสะท้อนเส้นทางการเรียนรู้จากกระบวนการเรียนรู้จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ภายใต้ระบบครอบครัวเสมือนสู่ชุมชนนักปฏิบัติที่เรียกว่าคณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดนปัญญาปฏิบัติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ 2 ระยะคือ 1) การเปลี่ยนผ่านการเรียนรู้ จิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ภายใต้ระบบครอบครัวเสมือน สู่คณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดนปัญญาปฏิบัติ และ 2) การสร้างศรัทธากับปัญญาปฏิบัติผ่านการใช้วัฒนธรรมสุนทรียสนทนา การเรียนรู้  การถอดบทเรียนโดยใช้การสะท้อนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ ที่นำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนใน การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

Reflection Pathway of Humanized Health Care Learning Process Reform

 Abstract

Praboromarajchanok Institute, the Ministry of Public Health has stated that their graduates should possess the humanized health care attribute. The colleges under jurisdiction of the institute then designed a learning process to produce the graduates with this identity. A humanized health care learning process by a simulated family model has been a pathway for the colleges to produce the graduates with  a humanized health care attribute, and to develop other health personnel in health services, as well as health volunteers in communities. The authors analyzed and synthesized knowledge from experiences of the humanized health care learning process to reflect a pathway of learning from humanized health care learning process by a simulated family model to a community of practice, namely “Borderless smart practice group”. The pathway composed of 2 phases, which were 1) transforming humanized health care by a simulated family model to a community of practice; 2) building faith and wisdom of practice using dialogue, learning from creative reflection in the professional learning community, leading to a sustainable of life-long learning.
